Krissy Knox’s Best Blacktail Buck Deer In 2011, I took my best blacktail buck that was a 4x4 that scored 109 inches - a trophy blacktail. To be considered a trophy blacktail taken with a bow, a buck has to score at least 90 inches. This buck was beautiful.
