Not your average turkey hunting show, Mossy Oak’s Turkey THUGS goes to great lengths to provide viewers answers to some of turkey hunting’s most difficult questions. This week, according to Mossy Oak’s Kevin Tate, the THUGS will unravel one of turkey hunting’s greatest mysteries: Is it easier to call a gobbler uphill or downhill?
“Aside from answering this question, THUGS Keith Kelley and Bubba Bruce visit Iowa to challenge some heartland gobblers,” said Tate. “You will notice in this episode that hunting big birds on the very territory they call home can be humbling for even the best of turkey hunters. And as each episode depicts, there’s many a pitfall to be found between roosted and roasted, and each week some of the most experienced turkey hunters in America gather to share what they’ve learned.
