Mossy Oak Properties California Farm & Ranch is led by the father-son team of Ron and Derek Sprague. With over four decades of experience, Ron has developed a broad and extensive expertise in nearly every aspect of real estate, including the sale and leasing of agricultural and ranch properties. Derek has been a licensed real estate broker for over ten years, earning his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, along with being recognized by the National Association of REALTOR’s in its “30 Under 30” issue of REALTOR Magazine and as the 2016 REALTOR of the Year by the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS.
