The Backcountry Extreme Series is purpose-built for reliability; these rifles feature phenomenal accuracy and provide hard-hitting performance when hunting fierce big game. With details such as threading, fluting, carbon fiber barrels, and muzzle brakes, hunters are ready to take the shot with accuracy and confidence. The two models in the series that feature Mossy Oak are the 110 Ridge Warrior and the 110 Bear Hunter.
110 Ridge Warrior
Available in 308 WIN and 6.5 Creedmoor, the 110 Ridge Warrior is an all-around utility rifle that is designed for any challenge. The Ridge Warrior features a low-friction PVD coating for extreme weather conditions. The AccuFit™ system lets hunters customize length-of-pull and comb height, and the adjustable AccuTrigger™ offers a clean pull for extraordinary accuracy.
Other features include detachable box magazines, a fluted heavy barrel with 5/8 to 24 threaded muzzle, and 3-position safety. The 110 Ridge Warrior has an MSRP of $949.00.
110 Bear Hunter
Available in 300 WSM, 300 WIN MAG, 338 Federal, 338 WIN MAG, and 375 Ruger, the 110 Bear Hunter is a hard-hitting performance rifle that is ideal for challenging game and harsh conditions. The AccuStock cradles the action three-dimensionally along it’s entire length. The AccuTrigger offers a crisp, clean pull for incredible accuracy. The 23” stainless steel fluted barrel is button rifled, fitted with an adjustable muzzle brake, and has a synthetic stock covered in Mossy Oak Break-Up Country camo.
Other features include a hinged floorplate magazine, soft grip fore end and pistol grip surfaces, and Savage’s AccuFit™ system, which lets shooters quickly adjust comb height and length-of-pull. The 110 Bear Hunter has an MSRP of $1009.00.
