Mike Stoner, who joined Mossy Oak Properties in 2013, will own the Palmyra brokerage-his fifth overall. Stoner said this location will fill a void in the NE Missouri land market.
“We are very excited about opening the new office in Palmyra and covering the Northeast Missouri area. This area has been needing representation from Mossy Oak Properties for some time. It is a hotspot for deer, turkey and waterfowl due to its proximity to Hannibal, Mark Twain Lake, and Illinois. We plan on covering the entire Northeast Missouri area, all the way up to Iowa, and over to Illinois.”
Stoner added: “We will be having a grand opening soon for our brand new office, which has the rustic Mossy Oak feel to it. It also has a huge banquet hall on the other end, so we can have Ducks Unlimited and Whitetails Unlimited banquets right there and expose our clients’ listings to even more potential buyers. We are building a great team, and fully expect to be the leader in land sales across Northeast Missouri, just as we are in other parts of the state.”
