Recognized at Recent Land Summit
Mossy Oak Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Elton Coley of Mossy Oak Properties Southeast Land and Wildlife, LLC in Tuscumbia, Alabama received its “Agent of the Year” award, Mossy Oak Properties Mozark Realty in Poplar Bluff, Missouri won its “Office of Year” award, and Lucas Edington, also of Mossy Oak Properties Mozark Realty, won its “Fox Haas Award” at the company’s recent Land Summit, held June 4-5, 2019 in Starkville, Mississippi.
The Agent of the Year award is given annually to the salesperson that has the highest sales volume over the course of the year within the Mossy Oak Properties network, which currently represents over 650 land specialists. The award, which was for the 2018 fiscal year, was the first for Coley, who joined the Mossy Oak Properties network in 2015 with more than 40 years of experience.
“It is an honor to win the coveted Agent of the Year, as it represents the culmination of years of hard work and an incredible support team,” said Coley. “Over my career, I have focused on building relationships and conducting my business with integrity. Earning the trust of buyers and sellers is critical in this business, and this award could not have been possible without their confidence.”
The Office of the Year award is given annually to the office that not only achieves a high sales volume, but also embodies the core values that Mossy Oak Properties bases its business upon. The award, which was for the 2018 fiscal year, was the second Office of the Year recognition for the Southeast Missouri-based brokerage group.

The Fox Haas Award, named after the iconic patriarch of the Mossy Oak brand, recognizes a member of the Mossy Oak Properties network that was nominated by their peers for possessing characteristics such as honor, integrity, and a servant’s heart. Edington, co-owner and broker for Mossy Oak Properties Mozark Realty, was humbled by winning the Award named after someone he holds is such high regard.
