The segment-leading Can-Am Outlander Mossy Oak Hunting Edition reinforces the Can-Am brand’s leadership in specialized vehicles and makes its family of Mossy Oak-themed hunting vehicles more complete. The ATV starts with the XT package (winch, bumpers, etc.) then expands upon that with its own unique hunting-related conveniences.

The muscular 89-hp, 80º 976cc liquid-cooled eight-valve Rotax V-twin engine in the Outlander Mossy Oak Hunting Edition1000R ATV leads its class in performance.
Double A-arm front suspension with dive-control geometry and increased preload
The Outlander Mossy Oak Hunting Edition1000R uses a dependable double A-arm front suspension with 9 inches (22.9 cm) travel. The increased suspension preload on the Mossy Oak hunting edition increased ground clearance by 1 inch (2.5 cm) and new stiffer springs were added for even better off-road capabilities. Dive-control geometry tightly controls the roll-center, especially when entering corners. The setup also inspires confidence, reducing kickback to the operator by locating the knuckle in the wheel.

Kolpin 6.0 Impact gun boot with rack
The Outlander Mossy Oak Hunting Edition comes standard with a 6.0 Impact gun boot by Kolpin that attaches to an integrated mounting holder. The gun boot includes removable, shock absorbing foam and nylon Impact liner for superior interior protection. It also features a lockable hatchback design, snap-close cover and integrated handle.
Kolpin Gear grips
Two LinQ-system-compatible, Can-Am-labeled Kolpin Gear Grips add versatility to the package, with the ability to carry tools or other hunting-related items. Make transporting your tools a snap by combining the Gear Grips with the LinQ System. The durable, flexible grips cushion and protect while providing a custom fit for a variety of items from 1-to-4 inches (2.5 cm to 10 cm) in diameter. They have a heavy-duty design for carrying bows, fishing poles, rakes, farm tools and more. A Quick-release button opens grip quickly for easy access to gear.
Full aluminum skid plate
A lightweight, durable aluminum skid plates ensures the underside (foot wells, center and front) of the Outlander ATV is protected from destructive rocks, stumps and other hidden obstacles.
LED RAM spotlight
A high-intensity (37.5W), heavy-duty spotlight includes a 1-inch (2.5 cm) diameter rubber-coated double ball and socket system. It’s LinQ compatible and plugs into the lighter-type DC outlet in the center of the Outlander ATV.

Radio Frequency (RF) Digitally Encoded Security System (D.E.S.S.™)
The new RF D.E.S.S. has been improved and redesigned on all Outlander ATVs. Each ATV includes both a performance key and regular key. This revised setup also aligns with this current proven technology in other BRP brands. Can-Am is the only manufacturer to offer a factory-installed anti-theft device as standard equipment.
