The Mossy Oak Field Producer & Content Creator role is an opportunity for you to express your creativity not only through the lens, but with project management and fresh ideas. You’ll see your work at a national level across multiple media channels in Socials, websites, traditional print, TV and more
Your core responsibility will be completion of various video and photo content production and editing projects that will take place both in the field and in our studio facilities.
Editing skills are preferred but not required – we offer training on editing alongside the latest tools and technology to help not only fulfill your responsibilities but grow your personal and professional skillsets.
Team members must be able to manage assigned projects and be willing to adopt internal systems and processes to manage work flow and effectively complete projects.
Responsibilities include organizing project needs, locations, props, and talent for photography and video shoots. You’ll be expected to manage, store and organize media after photo and video shoot completion. You will be responsible for producing short and longer form video projects as well as various aspects of photography production and editing. You will be expected to maintain good general knowledge of all video and editing equipment owned and operated by Haas Outdoors.
You’ll be responsible for staying in consistent contact with both the Mossy Oak Capture team as well as the broader Mossy Oak marketing team to ensure full utilization of opportunities to increase visibility and cohesion in both general brand messaging and Mossy Oak product support. You’ll be empowered that some of our best work comes unscheduled and to capitalize on these moments. We can reasonably predict when the rut is on or when we’ll be hitting the turkey woods, but we can’t predict when the summer rain comes or when the ducks show up. You’ll be expected to have a flexible schedule during times of the year that demand it.
- Work with brand managers to capture required video and photography content and deliver content through digital assets including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Photo and video documentation of conservation projects supported by Gamekeeper Grants to be distributed online and in Gamekeeper Magazine or other media materials.

- Represent Mossy Oak across the country and locally among different groups comfortable and cool under pressure.
- Participate in creative projects from the initial stages of ideation to post-production review and publishing.

- Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite required, specifically Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, etc.
- Work experience and knowledge of video production, including but not limited to shooting, non-linear editing, color correction, and audio editing.
- Knowledge of professional and cinematic video cameras is required, including but not limited to Sony FS7, and FS5 mirrorless cameras.
- Familiar with setting up three-point lighting.
- Proven success producing creative and innovative multi-media content.> Experience in other multi-media production platforms (websites, animation, graphic design) desired.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or university; or two to three years of experience in media content capture and interactive capabilities.
