This grilled oyster recipe is to die for. It's got savory flavor and a little crunch for a perfect appetizer or camp meal. 

Grilled Oyster Recipe

Ingredients:

12 Oysters

16 Tbsp of Softened Butter

3 Thinly Sliced Scallions 

Thyme

Shake of Soy Sauce

Sport Pepper Vinegar

Salt & Pepper

1/2 Lb Wild Boar Bacon

Few Shakes of Chimichurri Powder

Scallions

1 Large Bag Chips

1 Lemon & Lime

Olive Oil

4 Minced Garlic Cloves

Directions:

1. Cut wild boar bacon into thin pieces.

2. Start heating the bacon pieces over a skillet.

3. Shuck your oysters. 

4. Mix your softened butter, thyme, a few shakes of chimichurri powder, a dash of soy sauce and pepper vinegar sauce, scallions, four minced garlic cloves, and juice from one lemon and one lime in a bowl.

5. Add a spoonful of the butter mix to the top of the oyster. 

6. Lay the oysters right on the rack of the grill. Bring them to boil and let them baste a for a minute or two.

8. Crush up chips to a panko size. Add bacon to the chip mixture. 

9. Squeeze lime juice over top and enjoy!
