Ingredients:
- 1 Pound of Bacon
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 8 quail
Instructions:
Marinate birds in Italian dressing overnight. Pat birds dry and season with paprika, ground sage, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Wrap each bird with bacon. Cover and grill for 15 minutes; then turn and cook another 15 minutes. Serves 4
