2017 was a year of record-breaking growth for the Mossy Oak Properties network of land specialists, which firmly establishes the network as the rural land sales leader.
The Mossy Oak Properties network, comprised of nearly 650 land specialists across 26 states, shattered records on the heels of increasing market share and a vibrant rural real estate market. For 2017, the network closed in excess of 2900 transactions totaling over $600 million in sales volume. To compare, 1200 transactions for a total of $330 million were closed in 2013. Currently, there are more than 3500 active listings throughout the Mossy Oak Properties network totaling over $2.25 billion in list price value.
Web traffic growth for the Mossy Oak Properties corporate website mirrored transactional growth, as the total number of hits the corporate website received exceeded 317 million for 2017, up from 196 million just two years prior. There are currently 95 Mossy Oak Properties franchises in 26 states, a number poised to grow exponentially over the next five years.
