Whether you're looking for a wild salmon recipe or an easy summer recipe to prepare on the grill, this grilled salmon sandwich is the ticket.
Salmon:
4 salmon filets
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Dressing:
1 cup mayo
¼ cup sour cream
7 basil leaves, chopped fine
¼ cup chives, chopped
1 scallion, minced
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Other:
Butter lettuce
Brioche buns
Red onion, sliced
Butter
Directions:

Season salmon filets with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Grill or bake at 350º until internal temp reaches 135º-140º

While salmon is cooking combine mayo, sour cream, basil, chives, scallions, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

With 1-2 minutes left cooking on the salmon butter your buns and place them on the grill to toast.

To build your sandwich add 1 tbsp dressing to bottom and top bun, place 1-2 pieces of butter lettuce on bottom bun. Followed by salmon, red onion and topped with bun.
