Dove and Beans

Ingredients:

1 bag dry kidney beans
32 oz stewed tomatoes
6 oz. diced jalapenos
1 large red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
Salt
1/2 lb dove meat pieces
1 lb. browned ground beef
Tortilla Chips

Instructions:

Cook beans in large pan until fully cooked; add tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, salt, garlic, ground beef and dove. Simmer 10 minutes to heat thoroughly. Place broken tortilla chips in bowl and spoon beans over chips. Serves 8.

Marinate birds in Italian dressing overnight. Pat birds dry and season with paprika, ground sage, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Wrap each bird with bacon. Cover and grill for 15 minutes; then turn and cook another 15 minutes. Serves 4.
